a.  Bill of materials to include: manufacturer's part number, type of part, type packaging, component locations listed by reference designators and quantity

b. Dimensional specifications for non-standard components

c.  Assembly drawing, including any change notices

d.  Final test procedures (if available)

e. In order to shorten the lead time, please advise us acceptable components for substitution (same specifications but different brand name ) estimated order quantity

f. If possible, please send prototype/sample board to us for further reference
